This page provides the guidelines for our Online Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Practitioner Training

This 1-year online training includes 12 live group training and supervision sessions via Zoom. In this part of the learning journey you will join Transpersonal Coaches and ASE Facilitators in a collaborative space to learn and experience the applied transpersonal approaches. The sessions take place every month — details here.  

In addition to the 12 live/recorded sessions, you are to complete the following steps:

Step 1:

Download and read the following introduction and 4 training manuals that were provided to you upon enrollment:

1. Introduction to Transpersonal Hypnotherapy
2. Open Awareness Handbook
3. Transpersonal Coaching Handbook
4. ASE Facilitator Training Manual 
5. The Manual of NLP, HNLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis for Hypnotherapy Practitioners

Step 2:

Watch our 44 training videos sequentially.

Step 3:

A. Submit a completed Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Review.

B. Provide answers to the set of questions that appear below all 44 training videos. Your answers to each video review question should consist of only one to two sentences. Please submit all 44 video reviews in one document.

Step 4:

Listen to the first nine audio recordings below the resources (bullet points) in this link. Not more than one recording should be listened to each day. You are encouraged to write about your experience of each guided process in a journal or in your Spacebook, but we don’t require you to submit your journal entries.

Step 5:

Place at least 2 substantial posts in the Transpersonal Coaching & Therapy Network Forum. You may post in any two of the current forum topic threads, or create a topic of your own.

Step 6:

You are to log at least 50 hours of hypnotherapy (paid or pro bono sessions) and submit a report for 10 of those coaching sessions (10 case studies). Each session’s report, consisting of between 200 to 300 words, should include:

1. The reason why the client came for hypnotherapy.
2. The trigger of the client’s issue (if any).
3. The unwanted state, in your client’s words (if any).
4. The problem behavior (if any).
5. The client’s desired state.
6. The new behaviour(s) or conditions that your client hopes to manifest.
7. Your means of helping the client establish their optimal state (e.g. trance) for the intervention.
8. Your means of intervention.
9. A rationale outlining why you chose to intervene as you did.
10. The client’s response to the intervention, or the outcome of the session.
11. Your means of reorienting your client prior to the end of the session if they accessed an altered state of consciousness.
12. If you used post-hypnotic suggestion or visualizing methods, what did they entail?
13. The type of action (next steps) that the client has committed to taking.
14. Your means of checking if the client’s next step(s) will be ecological?
15. Your client’s state at the end of the session.
16. Your recommendations to the client in terms of follow up, their ongoing practice, accountability, etc.
17. Your overall impression of how the session went.
18. What you have learned about yourself as a hypnotherapy practitioner and as a person as a result of the session.

In addition to the report, your required hypnotherapy hours should be submitted using the IACTM Session Hours Log. All of your clients and yourself are to sign the Hypnotherapy Agreement Form (this is for you to keep on record and is not submitted with your report). With respect to client privacy and confidentiality, your report and the session hours log should use pseudonyms and not reveal any of your client’s private or sensitive content. If we suspect that any particular sessions might not have taken place or if inaccurate information has been provided, we maintain the right to investigate such cases.

Step 7:

All your assignments will be reviewed and you will receive feedback in writing or via a video call. You are required to acknowledge the feedback and implement any necessary changes in your assignments.

Certification:

Your Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Practitioner certificate will be issued once all assignments have been completed and all 12 training/supervision sessions attended, or you have watched the recordings.
Please note: These certification criteria are achievable in 12 months. If you wish to obtain the certificate and you need more time, then after 12 months you will be required to pay the Supervision Group membership fee – for which you will obtain another year of monthly group supervision sessions, additional fireside conversations with experts and access to our other professional resources.

Coach Licence and Accreditation:

Following the course, you will have the opportunity to receive continued professional development and supervision, and you will be fully eligible for Therapist Accreditation from IACTM.

The online training outlined above can be done as a stand-alone course for those who are already a certified ASE facilitator, or transpersonal coach, or hypnotherapist, or psychotherapist. It also serves as the online component (module 3) of our Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Practitioner Certification Course, where you have the choice to commence with the online module upon enrollment, or after completing the first in-person module, or after two in-person modules have been completed.

Online Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Practitioner training fees:

• Euro 390 for those who have completed our Transpersonal Coach Training (including the ASE Advanced Facilitator certification)

• Euro 990 for those who have completed the ASE Facilitator Training, or currently enrolled on the ASE Facilitator Training

• Euro: 1990 for those who have not enrolled on the ASE Facilitator Training
