Approved by the International Association of Coaches, Therapists & Mentors (IACTM)A unique feature of the Open Awareness Integral Process is the co-creation of a participatory space — characterized by openness, multisensory perception, multidimensional perspectives, heightened creativity, and a deep sense of interconnection, which in turn promotes inclusivity, mutuality, empathy, and compassion. Imagine a world with more of these qualities in everyday life…

This initiative promotes constructive group gatherings in which the Open Awareness Integral Process is used to collectively address critical issues and uplift communities. The process includes the synthesis and integration of the group’s ideas so that they can be implemented in ways that are useful and meaningful — locally and globally.

Each group can generate a ripple effect toward a broadscale change. Imagine what your group could accomplish, and what we might all achieve together…

It starts with You!

Be the Changemaker!

A personal note from Jevon Dangeli

Jevon Dangeli on Monte BondoneThe Open Awareness for Change Initiatve is a ‘calling’ for me. It feels important on many levels to bring this into the world at this time. On January 1st, 2020 I (in the yellow jacket) ski-climbed Monte Bondone in the Italian Alps. As I reached the summit and marvelled at the magnificent 360-degree panorama, I was struck by a flash of inspiration and a powerful impulse to share the Open Awareness Integral Process in this way. It suddenly occurred to me that my fascination in Open Awareness for over 20 years had found its overarching purpose — this project. I would like to whole-heartedly thank my beloved wife (Jana) for holding space while I rambled on and on about this, and for all her unconditional support in helping me to bring this project to life!

A few days after this initiative was launched, the world went into ‘lockdown’ due to the Covid-19 crisis, and we found ourselves in the epicentre of it – northern Italy. The relevance, value, and timing of this project suddenly became even more acutely apparent. Our world is undergoing a radical change and this project provides an optimal resource to help you and all of us to navigate these changes and to flourish in the new paradigm.

Open Awareness for Change Project

.
It’s simple!

Gather a group of people and follow these steps:

1. Intention – establish the group’s collective vision/goal

2. Open Awareness – group members connect meaningfully to co-create a participatory space

3. Expression – all members share and discuss ideas about how to achieve their vision/goal

4. Synthesis – elicit the group’s unified (most inclusive and sustainable) idea

5. Integration – planning and implementation of the unfied idea – collaborative activism
