Commissions for refunded sales will normally be reversed (unless special promotional arrangements have been made).
8. Course & Event Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
To qualify for the Early Booking price, it must be paid in full 3 months prior to the start of the course. If a company or organisation is paying the course fee, then the Early Booking price does not apply. These participants are expected to pay the Corporate price. A deposit (30% of the standard course fee) must be paid at least 2 months prior to the start of the course. The full amount must be paid at least one month prior to the start of the course. If special arrangements for payment have been made, these must be supplied in writing and signed by the participant and us.
Course updates
We constantly aim to improve the quality of our courses. Therefore, changes to our course content, structure or format may be implemented at any stage. If any changes to a course are implemented after the participant´s enrollment, the participant may choose to continue with the original course or the updated version.
Live training sessions
The participant is expected to be on time for all scheduled training sessions – both at the onsite course and at the online sessions. Not showing up for a session or being more than 15 minutes late will result in that session being missed. Missed sessions can be had with an ASE Trainer one-on-one on agreed dates and at an additional fee, which will be ASE Trainer’s current single session rate. All sessions must be attended in order to fulfil the certification criteria.
Group supervision sessions
12 live group supervision sessions are included with the ASE Facilitator (first attendance) training. These 12 sessions are also included in the fees for both the Transpersonal Coach Professional training and the Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Practitioner Professional training. The 12 sessions take place online via Zoom every month. Participants of the above three training modules are required to attend all 12 supervision sessions or watch the video recordings of any sessions that they were unable to attend.
Certification
Certification criteria for the ASE Facilitator certificate, the ASE Advanced Facilitator certificate, the Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Practitioner certificate and the Transpersonal Coach certificate are listed on the respective course information pages on our website www.authentic-self-empowerment.com.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the participant due to a medical emergency or death in the family, once verified, will be eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy (below). Other than that, the following applies: If the participant cancels within 45 days before the course is due to start, 50% of the full course price will be retained. If the participant cancels within 30 days before the course is due to start, 75% of the full course price will be retained. If the participant cancels within 15 days before the course is due to start, 100% of the full course price will be retained.
Refund policy
For refunds due to cancellation, please see Cancellation Policy.
30% of the course fee is considered payment for the study material, manual and the related resources that are made available to the participant upon enrolment. This amount is non-refundable regardless of any reason for cancellation from either the participant or us. For all online modules, after the course resources have been made available and once emails or phone communications regarding course matters have been exchanged, 50% of the course fee is non-refundable. For all online modules, once half of the allocated sessions have been completed, 70% of the course fee is non-refundable. For all online modules, if a refund request is made more than six months after the initial course payment or enrollment form was received by us, a maximum of 50% of the received amount is refundable. In order for the refund to be considered, the refund amount must be agreed upon in the Refund Agreement Form. The registered date of a refund request will be the date when both the refund recipient and Jevon Dangeli have signed the Refund Agreement Form. Refunds will be paid between 60 to 90 days after the Refund Agreement Form has been signed by both Jevon Dangeli and the refund recipient. Any banking fees incurred in the refund process are the refund recipient`s cost.
Postponements
It is possible to postpone an in-person course attendance to a future scheduled course date. In this case, the participant will be responsible for any additional costs resulting from such postponement (i.e. venue costs or price increases etc.). All courses are dependent on a minimum number of participants in order to ensure that all participants have the appropriate and intended experience, therefore we reserve the right to postpone at our discretion. Any financial losses arising thereof (i.e. flight cancellations) are the responsibility of the participant.
Responsibility
Our courses are not a replacement for medical or psychotherapy treatment. The participant is responsible for their own well-being while on the course. Neither Jevon Dangeli nor any other trainers, organizers or course venue hosts may be held responsible for any concerns arising in the participant´s personal life after having attended any of the course modules.
Consent
You certify that you agree with the above Course & Event Booking Terms & Conditions and that you are over 18 years of age. (If under 18 years of age, I promise to have the consent of my legal guardian).
