Open Awareness sparks clarity, creativity, insight, inspiration, aliveness & flow

Other characteristics of Open Awareness (OA) are:

  • a calm and centered state
  • resourcefulness
  • mindfulness
  • receptivity
  • empathy
  • compassion
  • optimal performance
  • sensing interconnectedness

The OA skills shared in this book can help you to dis-identify from the stressful, fearful and harmful content of the mind.

In the book Jevon Dangeli outlines how OA may help to counteract the negative consequences of chronic tunnel awareness – induced by excessive use of mobile devices – the digital zombie generation.

OA is easy to learn and apply, yet profound enough to expand and evolve consciousness through regular practice. This book teaches practical OA skills for lay people, and describes in depth how this transpersonal approach can be applied in coaching and therapy as a constructive means of holding a transformative space for the client’s process.
