I’m a medical doctor, Integrated Health Practitioner, and practicing ASE coach whose passion it is to facilitate ASE retreats and training courses to the public, coaches, therapists and health practitioners. Psychosomatic experiences: the coming together of coaching, spirituality and medicine. Spiritual emergence, coaching and Open Awareness in mental and physical health. Exploration of dreams, the inner world and imagination, and how they relate to outer world manifestations. Value-based personal ethics.
Background and philosophical view in relation to coaching and facilitating
My purpose arises from the integration of my background in medicine, clinical research and academia, applied mindfulness, and coaching. I am fascinated by the exploration of awareness and consciousness, inner and outer healing, and infusion of spirituality into wellness. I have a gift for training, and the study of using Open Awareness in learning to hold the therapeutic space.
