Astro~dream coaching is a comprehensive coaching method grounded in self-awareness, that addresses astrological and dream symbols for meaning and inspiration. While dream symbols address to what our unconscious wants to explore now, archetypal work will illustrate options to respond to events in a flexible and intelligent way, re-developing your story based on your values, strengths, and dreams.
Background and philosophical view in relation to coaching and facilitating
In this participatory work with astrological archetypes and dream symbols, we interact with them through the practice of active imagination in guided meditation. Including the practice of open awareness (Dängeli, 2021) will connect us to everything in the environment and the cosmos and within this experience of collective awareness, archetypes and symbols can generate significant insights.
